welcome to buy entry blocks available in 100-pixel 'blocks' (each measuring
10x10 pixels). The homepage is divided into 10,000 of these 100-pixel blocks
(hence there are 1,000,000 pixels in total). The reason for selling them in
100-pixel blocks is because anything smaller would be too small to display
anything effectively.
You can buy
as many entry blocks you like, as long as there are some available (see the
live stats in the top right corner of the page). When you buy some blocks,
you can then mark your spot with an image/ad/logo of your choice in the
space you have purchased. You can also have the image click through to your
own website or myspace page. However, no obscene or offensive images, links
or descriptions are allowed.
Terms and Conditions of
Purchase

Minimum Purchase: $1 USD (1 Pixel block --- 10x10). Feel free to
buy as many pixels as you like.

You are purchasing a block for a Chance to Win a Playstation 3.
3.
Chances of Winning are 1 in 10,000.
4.
If Winner of PS3 is an empty block another Winner will be chosen.
5.
Residents of Nevada County Ca, Not eligible to play. A local judge
from this area will pick 2 numbers. 1-100 are the numbers in play. The
First Number Drawn is the Across pick. Second number is the Down pick.
6.
Winner agrees to provide website with a Picture of the Winner and
the PS3. We would like the Winner to post on the blog about Winning the
contest to make this page fun and so we could keep the website going and
give away more PS3 systems.
7.
Winner agrees to pay any applicable taxes. We will pay shipping to
the Winner of the system or any other Prizes we add.

Entrants agree to use paypal to enter unless other arrangements are
made.

Before confirming your purchase, you will be given the opportunity
to preview your order so that you can see what it will look like. You can
fine tune your order as many times as you like before your order is
confirmed --- confirmation is done by pressing the Buy Now button. You are
not allowed to change your order after you have confirmed it.

After successful
PayPal checkout, your spot will be reserved and you will see  on your
chosen spot. We will then verify your link, description and images. If you
pay by other means such as bank transfer or cheque, please allow at least 7
working days before the transaction is clear after which we will verify your
order. If payment is not received within two weeks, we reserve the right to
cancel your order.

No refunds once your pixel block is accepted and put on the main
page. The price that you pay at the time you buy your pixel advertisement is
final and cannot be refunded. Refund will only be given if we sell Less
then 2000 blocks in 60 days time.
14.
Our goal is to sell at least 2000 blocks and have the Winner Picked
by Dec 22nd 2006 so someone has this PS3 for Christmas. Contest
may run longer depending the sale of blocks. We will update any contest
changes in the blog. This would include date and time of contest.
15.
If we sell 2500 blocks then the contest will include 1 game and 1
extra contoller. Check the blog for updates on blocks sold and added
features.
16.
As we sell more blocks we will add items. We might also give away
some PS3 games as second place prizes. Check the blog for updates and
actual game titles given away.
17.
By purchasing a Entry Block your agree to our contest rules. You
agree that winner will be decided by an outside judge. If you purchase an
entry you agree to abide by these rules.
18.
No obscene/offensive/adult/illegal images/links/description will be
accepted. We decide what is appropriate for our site. If your submission is
rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative pixel
advertisement. If you cannot provide an alternative within 1 month, your
money will not be refunded and you will lose your pixel advertisement.
19.
If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the
linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult/illegal material then your
marker will be removed., the space will become publicly available again, and
you will not get a refund.
20.
Contest Entrants must keep a paypal account with a address or phone
number or email valid so we can contact you. If we cannot contact the
winner after 10 days we will pick another winner.
21.
You can request your image to be removed at any time
22.
Although we will not change or remove your blocks under normal
circumstances, we reserve the right to do so under exceptional circumstances
such as a court order, lawsuit or public outcry. When a removal happens, the
space will be publicly available and you will not receive a refund.
23.
You must have the legal right to use the image you provide for your
block entry.
24.
There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance but we
promise to keep the downtime of the website to a minimum and will only be
done when switching servers or upgrading.
25.
We promise not to sell or misuse any information that you have
given to us.
26.
When you purchase your contest entry, you do not own own any part
of this homepage or this site, but rather you are granted an entry to win a
Playstation 3.
27.
Once the Whole Grid is filled the contest will start again. Grid
will be cleared and it will start again.
